Qualifications

• Willingness to work in-person in London 6 days a week
• Experience building production application layer AI products
• Obsessed with speed and scale
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous settings
• Curious and track recording of learning quickly
• History of exceptional achievement
• Experience with TypeScript, NextJS, Redis, RAG systems, and agent architectures is a plus

• Scope out and implement core features
